It's a renovation - not a new build. Wegener Terrace is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that provides a convenient location for most locations in the surrounding area. Some dogs ok - just require that they are quiet and that you pick up after them in the yard. This is a side by side duplex. Furnished rental requires a 1 month min stay but we are ideally looking for 3 to 6 months with deposit (varies depending on term).
