1. Term of Lease
The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby leases from the Landlord, the Property for a term of 12 months, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].

The Tenant shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations concerning the use of the Property.
7. Pets
