Description: This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. This apartment is located close to the bike path and with in walking distance to shopping and some restaurants. Monthly rent is $675.00 for one person, and $700.00 for two people. Utilities: The monthly rent includes water, heat, and electric. We also will provide lawn care, and snow removal in the parking lot / walk ways. You will have to pay for TV (Charter ready), Phone and Internet service that you would like. Also in the summer we do allow window AC units for additional cost of $25.00. Maintenance: We have a 24-hour phone line to call and get someone. We will fix/address any issues you may have in a timely matter. Furnishings: We will provide you a stove/oven, and a refrigerator. There is a laundry room onsite with two sets of coin operated washer and dryers. Pets: This is a "No Pet" apartment building. Service animals are allowed with proper paperwork, and a pet deposit. Lease: This is for a one-year lease, however we can do longer. We cannot do month to month.
