I'm am living in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and looking for a roommate. I have a cat that nervous around other animals so if you have an animal they would have to be monitored while they are together until I know I can trust my guy. The $800 rent includes utilities. And furniture for the bedroom can be provided if necessary. I will be doing some small renovations in march so April is when I have the move in date. Texting or emailing works best for any questions.
