Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is strictly at 11AM unless a late check-out is previously confirmed. Any unscheduled late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $20/hr USD. If an unscheduled late check-out exceeds two hours, the guest will be charged for the base rate of the room for the day without discounts. The occupancy limit for this property is 2 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.
