Fully furnished contemporary brick loft with a garden patio situated in bustling neighborhood. Access to both Lake Michigan and Northwestern. We are interested in short term rentals for 1-5 month as we typically use the property in mid-May thru early June; September thru mid-October and the month of December. We can be flexible. Owner pays for all utilities including most streaming services and high speed WiFi. I'm only looking to rent it for a 5-6 week stay, all in $5,000, for Mid-June through July.
