The rest of the main room is very large, well-lit, gets lots of sunshine, and can be used as you'd like. Some cleaning will be necessary in the bedrooms, and if you want to help with that, you're most welcome. You will also want to purchase your own mattresses. Lot is large, tranquil, and peaceful, and I am very quiet. I mostly spend my time in my room, so there wouldn't be much noise from upstairs. Owner (e.g. me) pays for all utilities, so they're all free for you. No smoking tobacco allowed. Last month's rent preferred at signing. Shared kitchen and laundry. I promise to do half the cleaning.
