Walking onto the property, you're greeted with beautiful mature trees that allow you to enjoy shade and privacy at one of the many outdoor entertaining areas. With multiple outbuildings/playhouses, a large pole-barn/workshop, a gazebo, patio, porch, and gardening throughout, the over half an acre yard creates a charming and private oasis. That's before you even step foot through the door. Once you do, you're greeted with the beautifully restored original hardwood floors, large oak trimming, and 10' ceilings. Oversized windows not only allow for viewing of the beautiful yard but also make room for natural light to enter the house after making it's way through the shade trees. Though listed as a two bedroom, the recreation room could easily serve as a large 3rd bedroom. Additionally, the half bath leaves room for expansion into a full if desired. I've spent the last couple years working on this house making it into my 'forever home'. Unfortunately, my job has me leaving the state so I must sell. While I have put a lot of money and work into this home, there is still plenty of room to customize it to fit your life. Or, do some upgrading yourself and flip it! Unlike most houses this old (built 1908) this house has a basement! I included a photograph of one of the basement walls that is damaged. I have consulted structural engineers and they have determined the wall is not load bearing, and thus, not structurally necessary. That being said, it should be braced to stop it from moving any further. The other walls have cracks too though they are much less severe. It would be wise to address them at some point too though it's less pressing as the walls have likely been like that for a very long time.
