UPDATED 3 bedroom apartment and the only one available right now at this location. Large bedrooms and living space. Great location, in the heart of downtown and SoCo living. Across the street from JO's coffee, HopDoddy Burger Bar, Home Slice Pizza, Perlas, a walk away from town lake (lady bird lake) and auditorium shores. The complex is very nice and has a workout facility, sauna, large pool and very large hot tub. Our unit comes with 2 covered garage parking spots but they are really not needed because our unit is on the top floor (same level as top level of garage) overlooking the city which is where the free guest parking is as well, so we just park in guest and are 10 seconds from our door. The view of downtown at the top of the State House parking garage is amazing. Our unit has a large balcony with great views. Everything is updated. It has a fireplace as well!
