The apartment has its own laundry room with washer, dryer and plenty of storage. A dedicated underground parking space is included. The parking space is located close to elevators. But with a waking score of 99 adn a transit score of 93, you're not going to need that car much! Tenant pays only electricity and cable/internet. Gas, water an sewer included! Minimum lease term - six months. Utilities: First month's rent ($1,750) plus $1,750 security deposit. Building has $800 move in fee I will pay with one-year lease. Cats and small dogs welcome!
