Warren Avenue is a particularly pleasant street because it is one way headed out of the neighborhood. So there's less traffic and people don't use it as a speedy cut through. On Warren, the neighbors are the kind of people who look out for you but aren't nosy. The neighborhood is very walkable with sidewalks and tree-lined streets. Restaurants and retail shops are nearby. A wonderful mix of restaurants is available: gourmet, family grill, diner, coffee shop, bar, pizza shop. There's an amazing beer and wine store and soon a green grocer. Shop like they do in Paris! Walk to pick up your vegetables and wine.
