    This home is the gathering place for many memories and very convenient with lots of space for family and friends to spend time together. Bought in 2019 and since the purchase we have added a new roof. Added new flooring in the mud room and entry. The Florida room with the porch swing is a great place to go relax and read and watch the river view. Must have been an addition some time ago because there's a ceiling fan light but no vents for air conditioning or heat. The main floor features a large dining area and large living room right off the kitchen area. There's also a bonus living area off the kitchen where there's a side door leading outside. We moved the washer/dryer upstairs since it's right off the kitchen. We have a full walk out basement that is perfect for storage and a great area for doing crafts, working on projects or just having toys for the kids to play so there's less mess upstairs. The upper level features 3 bedrooms and a tiny room that we have turned into a closet/ makeuproom. The main bedroom has a full bathroom ( newly remodeled with beautiful soaking tub) and widows walk that is very relaxing in the early morning and evenings. The 2nd bedroom is large and has a huge closet. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is currently being used for a full size dressing area with plenty of room in the large walk in closet. There's a large master bathroom with tub on the upstairs level also. Plenty of room to roam and a huge recreational barn down over the hill that is perfect for get togethers and family outings. This house is a must see. Selling because we need to downsize because it's alot of space for 2 people. Interested buyers must have an approval letter from your lender before scheduling a showing.
