Occupants List all occupants and clarify guest policies before moving 10. Maintenance and Repairs Landlord Responsibilities: Structural repairs, plumbing, electrical systems. Tenant Responsibilities: Regular maintenance, such as yard care, trash disposal, and minor fixes.
