To be honest I wish me and my wife could stay here but with a baby girl on the way it's no longer big enough for us -No security deposit required as I have already paid it and will not require you to pay me back (as an added benefit) -rent is $100 dollars cheaper due to me getting it at a special deal (normally $1,985 if you dont take this lease over) -ready to go as soon as your ready to move in as long as we have a few days notice to move what little we have -brand new microwave, stove, refridgerator, and air conditioning unit -brand new gym (open 5am to 10pm) and pool (open 10am to 8pm) every day right across the street -park with splash pad visible through window within walking distance -basically brand new building with assigned parking in a parking garage -very pet friendly community -quiet neighbors -Utility not included -6 months left on lease
