Exceptions may be considered for young adult children (ages 1821), stay-at-home parents, retirees, or individuals who experienced a documented life event that impacted their credit but does not accurately reflect their overall payment history. Application Fee: The application fee is $22 per adult (18+). Each adult must submit a separate application. This fee is significantly lower than many rental application fees, and no portion of it goes to the Landlord or their agent.
