Dogs are okay on a case-by-case basis, but cats are unfortunately not allowed due to an allergy. -Move-in ready starting today. I'm flexible on the move-in date. Priority to someone who can move in sooner and stay longer term but open to short term lease. No smoking allowed inside, no long-term guests, cats are no allowed (allergy) but other pets can be considered on case-by-case basis
