I am renting a fully furnished bedroom in our 1800 sq ft 2 story home in the Bayview. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, breakfast nook, fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 split bath), backyard, washer/dryer and garage. The fully furnished bedroom is abundant natural lighting, has hardwood floors and full sized bed, desk, dresser, armoire; bedding and towels included with stay. It is available for short term stays. I can be flexible with dates and length of stay what is important is finding a good match for our house. You would be sharing the shower in the split bath upstairs with one other person. There is access to the common spaces upstairs (kitchen, living room and bathroom),and the garden in back. It comes with the use of the washer/dryer. Wi-Fi, utilities, TP and shared cleaning supplies are also included. Ideally like to rent for around a 3 months or someone who is interested in having somewhere part-time in the city. I can be flexible with the length of stay because it is more about finding a good fit. The house is conveniently located in the Bayview by Candlestick Point which is easy access to 280, 101, T-line, and several buses. Candlestick Point, Herons Head, Dogpatch, Bernal Heights and Mission Bay are all close. About us: I am a single mom with a 16 year old son and two dogs. I have a home based online houseplants business, I like to garden and grow food. My son is into fashion and spends a lot of time sewing and skateboarding. Sometimes we have a few friends over, we like things quieter. We have had a lot of nice people live and stay with us through the years. Our dogs are very friendly, one big and one little. It is important to us to have someone in the house who cleans up after themselves and is willing to do a few things around the house every week (take out garbage or sweep). We are a progressive household and are open to people from different walks of life and would like you to be as well. No smoking or partiers. I prefer around a 3 month lease but I can be flexible for the right fit. We already have 2 dogs living in the house so no more pets. No smoking or vaping in the house.
