The large yard is perfect for fur babies and small pets are welcome! The home has 2 steps up and into the house at both the kitchen and front entrance. What we adore about this space: The Kitchen!! The full-sized cabinets, and layout curved doorways are the best! O.k. we also adore the fireplace and floors - easy to decorate and keep clean. Things to consider: This is a tiny house! LOL The bedroom will fit a queen or king-sized bed but there's not a lot of storage space. Total home sq footage is 386. 12-month lease amount is $884, with a deposit of $250. Custom rent plans and shorter lease duration available upon request. Please note: for shorter lease times OR to have the home fully furnished, the rent amount will be higher to cover the cost of paying our contractors for returns. We pay a living wage to local contractors so they can feed their families, too. All utilities are the renter's responsibility through AEP and Lancaster Utilities.
