Location: Gorgeous, tranquil, tree-lined neighborhood is close to everything. Walk to lakes, Uptown, Loring Park, downtown, the Walker Arts Center, Sculpture Garden, shops and restaurants. Uber/Lyft to Uptown or downtown runs about $7. Two-minute drive to I-94 ramp makes for quick commute to anywhere in metro area, often against the traffic since we are downtown. More about the apartment: Historic home features open plan with connected living room, formal dining room, sunroom and kitchen. Master bedroom with new king bed and private bath, and 2nd bedroom with queen are located on the main living level. 3rd bedroom furnished with a queen bed is one flight up. Separate, private den on the living level furnished with 55" TV can be used as an office. One off-street parking spot is included, with ample parking at the curb - we have never not been able to park immediately in front of the home. Garage space may be available for additional fee. Please note that pictures do not reflect some in-process upgrades - master bedroom will have a king-sized bed with headboard, and upper-floor bedroom will have a queen bed with frame. All utilities included - no additional charge for water, trash, gas, electric, and high-speed internet. Thirty day minimum lease with two week notice to vacate. Additional damage deposit for dog.
