With a complete gut job and renovation we've done: *New roof *New plumbing *New electric *New insulation *New walls on main floor/repairs upstairs *Some new ceilings *New bathroom as a whole *New fridge *New stove *New dishwasher *New washer and dryer *New furnace (All within the last 7years, appliance are new within the last 3 years) Things that still need to be done: *Paint (currently kilz-ing over kid drawings) *New windows are needed on main floor * Cabinet/sink/countertop reno *New front door *Baseboards/window frames We'll still be completing things until it's sold.
