This is a great home away from home. It has many upgrades. The carpet has been replaced in 2009 with Berber carpet in the living room, den and hallway, The house was repainted inside also in 2009. The gas stove was replaced with electric and also the washer and dryer have been replaced. The front door has a security door and the sliding glass door in the Az. room also has a double security door. It has a great extended covered patio area with storage benches and cabinet.The landscaping is draught tolerant. New garbage disposal was put in January, 2014.
