Hi there, I have one bedroom available in a 2 bed room duplex. It is a very small place (with a yard), so finding the right roommate is important to me. I am a nutrition educator, I work a lot, and my dog Greyson and I are outside any chance we get. Most weekends, we head to the mountains. I am looking for someone who likes to keep the house clean, also has a busy schedule (so we can both partake in having the house to ourselves), and who doesn't have a lot of stuff(-whatever fits in your room and basement storage). The $950/month includes rent, wi-fi, and utilities. I will need a $500 damage deposit and would be find doing a 6 month lease.
