Easy walk to OHSU, bus #8 to straight to downtown/PSU 1 block away. Safe, nice neighborhood peaceful, very walkable neighborhood. The Marquam walking trails are on the hill. If you work at OHSU, are a student and or a visiting nurse, this is a lovely spot to be at, nice price and all furnished. We live 1 block up the street, great place to live, close to everything.
