Hello, I got offered a job in Charlotte and start on the 30th, so we have to move on the 21st. We don't want to break our lease, but we can have someone move in and essentially take over the lease. The lease is up in June, but if you would like, you have the option to renew, but you are not required to renew. The rent is $1330/month, and that has the water bill included. The apartment is on the first floor, end unit and the large 2 bedroom floorplan for the complex, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is a master with a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer unit in the apartment ready for use, along with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, etc. Amenities in the complex are gated entry, 24 hours gym and billiards room, playground for kids as well as a kids playroom in the clubhouse, as well as a pool for residents. There is a fee to take someone off the lease and put someone on (meaning, we would be taken off and you and whoever else would be put on), and it is $100/person which I would pay. Also, the rent has a pet fee included since we had a kitten, and I will pay the pet for the remainder of the lease (which would be $90).
