Furnished room with queen size bed (furniture can be removed if you prefer to bring your own) in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a private bathroom and your own driveway spot. This townhouse is the end unit so only one wall is shared with a neighbor. The bathroom is right outside of the bedroom door, you will be the sole user of your bathroom (the master bedroom, which I sleep in, has its own bathroom). The entire house has tile flooring, and you have full access to all shared rooms, including kitchen, living room, dining room, and back porch/patio. The shared areas are quite spacious and you are welcome to use all appliances, the TV in the living room, and there is a projector in the dining room you are also welcome to use. I recommend cooking while Netflix is projected on the wall. Washer and dryer are in unit and access is included. An automatic robot vacuums and mops the place twice a day, which helps keep it very clean. Flexible lease duration, utilities are included in the monthly rent. I am open to sharing all of the spaces if you have things to store or use. If you cook a lot, we can designate some cabinet and storage space for your items, I'm open to sharing utensils and stuff. In general, I am an easy-going and flexible person to live with, I will accommodate any life style as long as you are responsible, respectful, and relatively clean. The robot vacuum will clean the floors pretty well, I just expect you to clean up after yourself. I have a medium dog (35 lb), a small dog (10 lb), and a cat. Another pet would be fine; we would need to make sure the animals all get along before moving forward, but I have had roommates in the past with both cats and small dogs. Guests are fine, if you want to have a group over just give me a heads up. Quiet time is past 10 PM, I usually stay up late but try to respect the neighbors with that rule. I have not made a lot of friends around here yet, so I do not have guests over a lot, but I do enjoy board games, poker, playing music, and socializing. If you are a smoker keep it out on the patio. The driveway easily fits 2+ cars so you will always have a parking spot there.

I am an assistant professor. I typically work M-F and the hours will vary quite a bit. I play bass guitar and practice with headphones. Guests are fine, I rarely have them, but I enjoy board games, cards, and socializing.
