This house is on a large corner lot with a 3 car driveway and RV space. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house with lots of space. With a corner lot, you get to see more than just the houses next to you as you look out the spacious windows every day. I have great neighbors and the house is on a quiet street The Interior: This house needed a lot of work. I had to put in new southwest light reddish18inch tile in the kitchen, dining room, hallways and bathrooms. I removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. I upgraded the entire kitchen with new counter tops that match the tile color. I removed the old L shaped small breakfast bar and designed a long four chair breakfast bar for you and your guests to eat on. For security, I had an active alarm system installed. I removed all the bedroom closet wood sliding doors with new mirrored closet sliding doors as well as replacing the coat and linen closets with mirrored doors. I installed a new kitchen lighting system to brighten up the kitchen and breakfast bar areas. I installed four new fans to keep the house cool(living room-dining room-bedrooms). I installed a new cast iron kitchen sink(with new faucet) and removed the old stainless steel sink. I put in both new washer and dryers. I even installed a new hot water heater to reduce the electricity bill. I put in a new refrigerator, oven, overhead microwave oven and new dishwasher. I put in new bathroom sinks, removed one of the bathtubs and replaced it with a new shower with great tile and glass sliding door. I installed a new glass tub door in the other bathroom and as I previously mentioned, new 18 inch tile in both bathrooms. I repainted the the entire interior of the house(and garage) with white paint. I installed new lighting fixtures in the front room, dining room and hallway. For the 2 car garage, I installed cabinets to store my extras and the cabinets are 20 inches wide by 8 feet tall by 12 feet long. More than enough space to keep the garage clean. The Exterior: I repainted the outside of the house the same color as before, but to add newness to the house. I had a new garage door and opener installed because the original door had a few dents in it and would not open properly. I replaced the front solid door with a fiberglass beveled glass entry door as well as a security screen door - both doors also have deadbolt locks on them. The exterior actually has an underground sprinkler system, but I relandscaped both the front, back and side yards with 20 tons of gravel and a variety of cactus. The recreational vehicle access side of the house has a new locked (metal with stained wood slated) gate to open and close whenever you want. I had new dark screens installed on all exterior windows and I replaced all three exterior wooden fences with new metal with stained wood slates. This corner lot house is close to schools and a new city park that is equipped with soccer and baseball fields as well as kids playground and running trail.
