The bedroom has both a heater in the bathroom and main bedroom. The bedroom has hardwood floors and a carpet underneath the bed. Apartment was recently renovated and is located on the third floor of the apartment building. The apartment is on the top of the building and is the only one on this floor. Bedroom will come furnished and has a very cozy feel. Bedroom window overlooks Univeristy Hill. Our apartment also has a porch located off of one of the other bedrooms and is open for use with an open view of Univeristy Hill and the Flatirons. Duration would be from January to May and possibly until the lease ends in July. Both roomates will be present from January to May. The room will be furnished with a desk, two dressers, and a bed. Though, furntiure will be removed in July. The heat works great in the colder months. Maintenance upkeep and cleanliness is expected. Utilities are evenly split between roomates.
