According to a vineyard study conducted by Paul Anamosa there are approx. 20+/- plantable acres with moderate slopes of less than 15% with high quality soils and good sun exposure. Two rustic cabins built in the early 1900's are located downslope from the vineyard sites. Water sources include a new well and spring.
