The owners live part time in the upper levels of the home, and so we're looking for a quiet tenant. The ADU will be available for viewing between 7/25 and 7/30. Utilities are included in the rent within certain limits. It is a non smoking facility. No pets allowed. Tenant will be responsible for some yard maintenance.
