The apartment has an open concept and a countertop with an additional seating area that divides the living room with the kitchen. There are barn doors to divide the living room and the bedroom/bathroom areas as well as the den. They also add nice decorations for the place. The cozy living room includes a 46-inch flat screen TV with a Roku streaming device where you can watch movies from your Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO+ subscriptions (the streaming services are not pre-paid). The spacious balcony has two outdoor chairs and small table for a relaxing time. There is a double-panel sliding patio door, which is very effective in blocking the noise from the outside and allows some quiet time inside the apartment. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but can be accessed in the community laundry room in the underground gated garage (they are coin-operated machines). This unit also comes with a 1-car parking spot in the underground garage. Lots of care were put into this apartment with a recent remodel and it is still in pristine condition. To add to this, nothing really beats the location of this property. It is one block away from the beautiful Mission Bay, 6 blocks from the beach, and about 8-10 blocks from the active lifestyle of the famous Pacific Beach, with tons of lively bars and restaurants to experience the SoCal lifestyle! You can also drive 10mins south to experience Downtown Gaslamp or north to go to La Jolla, Bird Rock and other beautiful beaches. The minimum lease must be for 6 months because of requirements from my HOA, but we can negotiate different cancellation options and fees if 6 months are not possible.
