This is the nicest apartment in the building, which has been seismically retrofitted and has been owned by the same family for years. We now have a very excellent small management company that is very attentive to detail, but the owner still carefully watches over the building. There is a manager on site. The landlord pays for steam heat, garbage collection, and water. Tenants pay for PG&E, Internet, etc. No pets, non-smokers, one person only, please.
