It's in a lovely old building with friendly neighbors, and property owners who want you to love your home. Did we mention the parking lot?! The studio has three huge windows overlooking trees and 6th St. Wifi is included and parking (off-street!) is included. There's a coin laundry in the basement. Utilities share (water, LG&E/gas+electric) is $150 a month in addition to the rent for a total of $875. We do have some rules: No pets, no smoking (not even outside), keep it quiet at night. In general, be nice. Central air and furnace are on a shared system. There's not an elevator, so you'll get your workout with the walk up.
