This is a room share I have a room available this is not the complete townhome its advertising it as such I don't know how to fix it This is a two master bedroom townhome both bedrooms are upstairs you get one of them you have a private bath there is a washer and dryer in the unit this is a very clean safe community HOA there's a patrol that keeps the place safe every night I do have two cats but they're not mine and I'm just taking care of them until I can find owners also there's a small patio in the back Aurora Community College is close family Dollar is in walking distance grocery stores are walking distance you do have a parking spot out your window if you drive a car I'm looking for someone quiet clean and neat and works a lot and really not here that much I am 48 years old I'm empty nester and I work during the day and I have a job at home so I need it quiet between 5 and 9 in the evenings for my telemarketing job call me at 720-448-7848 if you want to know more it's in Aurora close to Mississippi and Tower Road it's a great place to live Utilities and free Wi-Fi are included water trash and sewer also included you have to provide your own cable
