Private room in a single family home with own private bathroom and walk in closet with built in shelves. Shared driveway, laundry and most common amenities that comes with a home. Shared kitchen, living room etc. We find the location very convenient and central. Freeway is only a couple minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also there is plenty of street parking. Great for someone working out of the San Diego Airport like pilots, flight attendands etc. Very convenient commuite to the airport, can walk down the street and take the shuttle. We are a two people living in a threee bedroom house, we are offering the third bedoom for rent. We are social, but also can respect privacy. Would like to start with a six month to a year lease, but am flexible. No cigarette/cigar smoking in the house.
