1 Bedroom apt. for sublet - Great location in a safe neighborhood, 10 min walk to the Diversey brown line stop, the 76 bus stop is within a block, near nightlife, restaurants, ~1 mile from Wrigley (perfect distance to be far enough away from the chaos but close enough to be near the fun if you want to go to a Cubs game). Surprisingly the easiest free street parking I've ever experienced through my 5 years of living in Chicago. The apt. is well taken care of. This is a BJB building, who is very responsive if there are any issues. Plenty of space for a 1 bedroom. Two of us have been living in this apartment for almost 2 years. We are moving out because we've found a house to buy. Rent is $1,400/month (includes internet & water). The internet is fast, we stream movies, tv, etc. all the time with no problem. We will pay your move in fee for you. The sublease would go from July 1 to August 31st and BJB will let you renew come Sept. 1 or if you're interested to start a new 12 month lease starting July 1, they will let you do that too.
