Here are some of the things I like about: 1. very close to downtown Seattle, about 10 mins drive when no traffic. 2. very close to the mountains if you are into winter skiing, less than 30mins for the closest resort. 3. 5 mins walk to a nearby large dog park with hiking trail, if you are dog person. 4. Very large common space, it is maintained by HoA, it has a small dog park, swimming pool, basketball/tennis court. 5. The rent is pretty much covered everything, this includes 2 parkings, water, sewage, garbage. There is only electric appliances, as a result, you are only responsible for electricity and internet. 6. walking distance to a nearby mall, and super market, about 2-3 mins.
