We are looking for tenants for a one year lease to enjoy our home as much as we do and take good care of our home and furniture :) Our home is located in the beautiful outer sunset area close to the beach and Golden Gate Park. Our fully furnished house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A living room and a full kitchen. The private backyard features a sauna, gazebo with a table and a couch to lounge on. A private washer and dryer is available. One parking space is available on the driveway, please note garage is not available for usage. This is for a one year lease with no option for month to month after lease - please plan accordingly. Our house is non smoking house. House trained pets are allowed upon request. Utilities (water, garbage, gas, sonic high speed internet) are included in the one year lease. First month rent and security deposit are due at signing.
