This is basic, simple, clean, quiet place in an excellent location * It does not have Maid Service -- listen up, this means 'Mom does not live here' so please please clean up after yourself. Coined-laundry on site so no excuses! * It does not have a dishwasher -- this means you will have to do your own dishes! * It does not offer LIMO service -- but it is located right along TRAX/Light rail and bus lines, the nearest trax station is the University station by football stadium which is 1 1/2 block from our complex. Also right along bus lines that comes in front of the building.
