Three bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, also in the game room there is a full size sofabed, it can comfortably sleeps 7 people. Each room has it's own closet, plus hallway closet and more cabinets in the laundry area with plenty of space for storage. AC works as expected and keeps the house nice and cool. The back yard offers a space to enjoy nature, relax and gather with family and friends. The garage has been converted into a fully functional room, parking is found in the driveway and street. Lease is for a minimum of 30 days, if stay is longer than that, rent will be prorated to the exact number to days after the first 30. All utilities are included in the rent. This is a non-smoking/vaping indoors property, you may do so outside. Parking allowed in the driveway and on street, blocking the side walk and parking on the grass is against city ordinance. The property has cameras facing the driveway, the back yard and the front door.
