Upstairs bath burst a pipe while tenants were gone. Water being water, it went where it wanted to go. When tenant returned they called owner and reported the damage. Once the owners got started with the repairs, they just could not stop. All that is currently lacking is for owners to do a final cleaning, and the buyer to chose the flooring for the den and dining room, or take the allowance offered and have flooring installed after closing. Prior to the interior overhaul, the roof was replaced and hardi plank was installed. Home warranty is in affect with First American.
