The best part about this apartment is location. It's right off Jarvis beach with incredible sunrise and sunset views right out of the backyard. 5-min walk to Loyola Park and a couple more blocks before you're on university campus. I love that the street is quiet and neighborhood is pet friendly. I've got everything I need in my proximity including Target, Starbucks, Wholefoods within a couple min drive. The apartment itself is airy, renovated, central air, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors. There's a large patio for seating, plants, storage. You get a large tandem parking spot enough for 2 vehicles (75 monthly extra). \ I can also leave couch, dining set, and bed frame for an additional cost. Couch (orig price 2 years ago: 4000), sell for 500 Dining Set for 125 Bed Frame - free Utilities are not included in rent except for Water, sewage, garbage. Gas, electric, Wi-Fi, cable not included.
