The what - 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment - Nob Hill (Taylor and Washington) - Half of rent - $1320 per month per person -- may go up 3% when sign new lease - No parking - available down the street for ~$300 - No pets (I'm not opposed, you just gotta clear it with landlord, might be workable, but not sure) - Not sure if I am signing new lease or if it's month to month -- would signing new lease - have lived here last year and like apartment - Large main room with hardwood nice floors, large kitchen with ok tile, bedrooms / hallways with meh carpet, ok bathroom - Plenty of storage space Me - Male, 28, Zynga, corporate development - Weekends find me dicking around the city, riding my bike, rock climbing, grabbing brunch with, or drinking with friends (sometimes both), avoiding work - Been in the city about a year and a half, moved from Boston, and DC, LA and Seattle before that - Low maintenance; I don't care as long as you don't burn the apartment down / make meth in the bathroom You - Zynga (last two roommates have been Zyngaites, it works. I met some people from craigslist, they scared me) - Drama free / low maintenance The ideal situation - we cohabitate peacefully. Not looking for a new best friend, but not looking for someone antisocial either. Happy to combine forces for the occasional party - you know how to be respectful of space / privacy / stuff, be communicative / maintain a healthy degree of roommate dialogue and identify issues early and deal with them constructively The when - End of Dec / early Jan - current roommate moves back to Canada Dec 23 - Can be around most nights after 7:30 if you want to check it out. The old roommate - Rob is sadly moving back to Canada
