This cozy space is the lower unit in a triplex house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. This space was newly remodeled about 5 years ago. There is access to on site laundry for an additional fee. The unit comes with a dishwasher. It is located blocks from SCSU and the Beaver Island Trail, off of the Mississippi river. All utilities are included in the rent, except the additional fee to have access to on site laundry. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside. If you smoke outside, you must clean up your cigarette butts. There is a private parking lot for tenants to park in, to avoid on street parking with winter parking ordinances/parking tickets. We would prefer a one year lease, but are open to a different term lease. First month's rent, last month's rent, and damage deposit are all due before move in- NO exceptions. Damage deposit is equal to one month's rent.
