Large room , nice sized window , no major problems, could use Some decor if you want to style it up. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other Roommates . Everyone cleans up after their self. Groceries can be shared or You can have a shelf off limits . Pets are possible if approved and extra deposit is paid. Rent includes electric, water , garbage , use off all areas including the outdoor gazebo Tiki spot. Lots of seating , fire pit , grill. Huge yard . No drama do what you want as long as with respect.. $350 total move in unless a pet deposit is required. $350 weekly due whatever day you move on every week . Sign a lease agreement and move it !
