It is 4 and 1/2 miles from SIU, 3 and 1/2 from JALC and 1 mile from University mall, Walmart, Kroger, Khols, etc, etc, churches, anything that you need. Carbondale is in the heart of the wine trails of Southern Illinois with a lot of tourist sites. From our tax tickets we are in schools #95 and #165. We are pet friendly with a $350 pet fee and $25 more per month but we don't allow Pit Bulls and Rottweilers
