There is easy access to I-94, area parks and all downtown has to offer. I am renting the 3 private bedrooms on the main floor. There is a full bath and a half bath on the main floor for the exclusive use of all renters. As the owner, I will utilize a basement bedroom and bath. Updated, modern kitchen with SS appliances and granite countertops. Main bathroom has a tiled shower and granite countertop. Kitchen includes small appliances, dishes, flatware, glassware, Keurig and pots/pans. The bedrooms, living room and eating area have been freshly painted and there are other recent mechanical and cosmetic upgrades. Each bedroom includes a queen sized bed with new, never used bed and bath linens. House has central air and there is also a vacuum, iron and ironing board. Bedrooms vary in size and rent is set accordingly based on a one-year lease. The list is ordered from the smallest to the largest room: Bedroom 1 (10x10): $650 Bedroom 2 (12x12): $750 Bedroom 3 (16x10): $850 Utilities will be equally split amongst all residents. This will include electric, heat, water, trash, recycling, wi-fi, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and Netflix. There is a new 50 HDTV smart TV in the common living room. I have attached a diagram of the main floor of the house with room sizes. The attached photos show how the previous owners decorated the house and are representative of the furnishing quality and design. Common areas include a 3-season porch and a fenced backyard. On-premise laundry. A single garage parking space is available for $50 per month. The application must include references and proof of employment or other ability to pay. A security deposit equal to one month's rent, a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee and the first month s rent is due up-front prior to move-in. Rent and utilities are due the first of each month.
