Zestimate is ridiculous. I cut my advertising from zillow and they now have estimate 40k lower than every other exactly same home on my block. Large 5 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home that has hardwood floors in the living room and dining room.There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 more on the 3rd floor.Heater and A/C are just 3 years old.
