A second room can serve as a study or a second bedroom. Both bedrooms open onto a small square hall with a second full bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub. There is also a small front yard. (There is also a third bedroom that will be empty but is not available for tenant use) The rent includes utilities (gas, electricity, water, and trash/recycling pickup) and off-street parking.
