This townhouse has been home to awesome, laid back people in their mid-late 20s/early to mid 30s. Located right in Ballston, you're not only in a nice and safe location, but you're less than a 10-minute walk to all the Ballston restaurants and night out spots. You're less than 2 miles from downtown Clarendon. In the summers I've loved walking all over Arlington, and it's easy to do it.About this place:This place is month to month, which is a huge plus. It's a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse in Ballston - 10-minute walk from the Ballston metro. A minute from 66 and other major roadways, next to the Custis walking and bike trails. Townhouse is comprised of three major floors - main floor - living room/dining room/kitchen (which has a half bath), second floor - two other roommates bedrooms, third floor - the entire bedroom/bathroom that is featured in this posting!Washer and dryer are in the downstairs of the townhouse. A two-car garage is attached to the bottom of the townhouse. You get one of these garage spots for free. Also street parking.About the room: My room in this townhouse is huge. It's literally it's own studio. You will have more than enough room to place a couch/love seats in addition to a bed. You could also make a section into a work space. This room has two walk-in closets and one closet at the foot of the stairs, so more than enough space for storage. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub (which is awesome) and a stand-up shower. The bathroom has two bathroom sinks, so if you are a couple, this is also a very ideal space. The current base rent is $1258, but every year it goes up in March, so I've listed the base as $1300 to be as accurate as possible. There are also monthly electric/cable bills of about $100/month. Quarterly water bill of about $100-$150.About you: You're male or female (or a couple), ideally in your late 20s or 30s, and you're fairly low key. The roommates are all working pretty busy schedules, so we tend to relax on the weekends. Please send me some details about yourself, and let me know a few times of availability you have during the week (after 7pm) and/or on the weekend. Given the awesome location here and the amount of space you're getting for this price, I don't anticipate this room being available for very long. This lease is actually month to month. Postlet didn't give me that lease duration option, so please note that this is a month to month rental.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
