There is a 1bd 2bath in-law suite in the back yard and about 20 yards from the main home that is really cute and is also up for rent on June 1st. So it's a shared back yard. Renters pay all utilities and those actual statements are emailed to the tenants once a month so they remain under the owners name. Property valued at well over a million so no pets will be considered on these beautiful wood floors, sorry.
